Addicted to Ice Cream...

Good thing it is Weight Watchers!!! ;) Gotcha
In all seriousness, I am IN LOVE with the mint chocolate chip ice cream cups. The
chocolate fudge brownie is good too. Both are 2 pts but they are so rich, I only
end up eating 1/2 at a time. Rained here ALL DAY yesterday, a tropical wave came through....so DH and I stayed in most of the day and watched movies. I can't remember the last time we did that! It was really nice :)

Rainy Days and Mondays Always Get Me Down

Oh wait, it was Tuesday and it was not raining! :( I am really getting mad at my Dr. office. They said I would have the results to the test I took in 1 week...so I called at the 1 week mark and the girl said "oh, no, they usually take 2 weeks. Someone gave you the wrong info". Okay, I am a pretty level headed person, but I lost it... that worked, because they called me yesterday and said the tests looked ok but the dr. wanted me to keep my appt with the surgeon??? A- if my test are ok, why? and B- I never had an appt with a surgeon!! AAAAAAAAAAAGH! WTF??? So, I am waiting again for the dr. asst to call me to tell me what is going on... Sorry for the rant, here is yesterdays menu:

All U Can Eat Crab Night

So, the title explains everything... I saved points special for this night... Only had toast before we went at 4 for crab....my DH and I are total crab lovers... ended up eating 7.5 crabs...yes, that is 15 1/2's or legs of the crab. I think I counted the pts right... thought 1 pt per leg...hope that is right! Then we went for a drive... DH has been working so hard we have not spent a lot of time together...

Missing Weight Watchen Too

I too am missing Weight Watchen. I only joined a week ago and feel such a loss. I will post
my past week's menu's/points, because I want to have them there to see where I've been. Then, I can look back on what was working and what wasn't. I might 
even enter
all my menu's since I started the diet. I started 6/4/07.  Most of my thoughts are lost
since it was a in the moment thing. But I am happy Swizzlepop helped me again, by letting
me know about this blog site! :)

I will be back shortly to post those menu's a little later when I have more time...


As an intro: I am 32, F weighing a disgusting weight of 216...and I have already lost 10 lbs.
I am VERY proud of that and plan to stick to the Weight Watchers program. I find it works for my lifestyle. I would like to lost another 56 lbs., but will be happy with with 46!

I hate to exercise, so one of my goals is to up how many times a week I do it. And to find stuff I like to do... not an east task! LOL
