Trying SO Hard to Stay OP

Well, slept in today...did not get a lot of sleep...DH snores like the devil and is not very very cooperative when I try to get him to roll over on his side or back! But he went to the station today, so I slept in after he left :) I feel much better today, since I got back to my normal routine...

You can do it! YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don't give up.

Oh about the snoring, try getting him another pillow the elevation helps with breathing which should prevent or at least lesson the snoring. Good Luck!

Thanks Swizzlwpop as usual. We have tried everything. He has a dr. appt with a sleep dr on Tuesday. We think he may have sleep apnea. Will keep you update...thanks for the suggestion :)

Calyn I agree with Swizzlepop...get another pillow and SMOTHER him if he dont stop!!!LOL...Just kidding!!

I actually work for doctors and sleep apnea is VERY serious. Patients actually have periods where they don't breath for many seconds or minutes... scarey huh. You think he is loud now? Wait and see if they give him the c-pap machine to bring home to use at night...damn thing is loud too!!

But at least he won't stop breathing and his quality of sleep will be MUCH BETTER!! Good luck hun.

I love that the bulk of your points was for wine. Haha! A girl after my own heart.

I had sleep apnea before losing all my weight and even needed to use a c-pap machine and Colette is right they are noisy but your quality of sleep does improve greatly.

Once I lost the weight my apnea disappeared and I no longer have to use the c-pap machine so mine was definitely weight related. My hubby doesnt mine sleeping with me now because there is no more snoring.

Good luck to your hubby I hope his sleep study goes well. Also, all the best to you hopefully you can get a good nights sleep yourself. Take care and have a great weekend. :)

I slept in too!! DH went fishing and slept on the couch since he was leaving at 2:30am! Which was so nice the dog and I got up at 10am! It was delightful!

Hope the appointment goes well. I have a friend of mine who uses a sleep machine now at night. Collette desribe him to a T. He also would fall asleep in the middle of the day at a blink of an eye!!

I'll keep you both in my prayers!

Thanks for your comments on my page. My doggy (a boxer) is a curtain inhaler... but it actually lulls me to sleep. I think if she were a man, I'd be with Colette on the smothering idea.
