Off The 100 Cal Bags n 7 Pt. Pizza I am In 8/15/07

So, today was interesting. 1st, got my oil abnd the 2 front tires changed. The, went to both Walmarts- no salads BOO HOO I was very upset but I manage to make a giant step in my healthy way of eating. I put down the 100 cal bags of both the cheez-its and goldfish and bought the regular boxes. I am ready to make my own servings and save $$$ in the process. Also, I think since we went for Italian last night (which I frozen the other 2 servings of the lasagna), I decided I wanted pizza. The flatout pizza I made was SOOOO awesome, I think I am addicted! For 7 pts., I am full,full,full!

Cucumbers and Cherry Tomatoes w/ Red Wine Vinegar (0)

DESSERT

WW Choc Fudge Brownie Ice Cream (2)

Used 3 FP, Have 32 left

Drank 84 oz water
No exercise, call into doc to find out what it going on

You did the same thing we did tonight, we did the homemade pizza too. Love it! You feel better having some of that when you can control the ingredients! Good job, and I hope you are feeling better :)

I know what you mean about 'trusting' yourself. After 3 months at this, I finally felt like I could trust myself on Core. It was an amazing freedom not to have to journal and calculate everything for a whole week. Everything in good time.
